Refund and Returns Policy
Exchanges
Any Drunk Imposter games damaged or defective will be replaced as long as viable evidence is provided within 3 days of receiving the product. Send us an email to contact@drunkimpostergames.com providing us with your information and details including pictures of the damaged or defective product. We will send you an email to notify the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, return the damaged or defective product in the original packaging to your nearest USPS store. Your email will contain a return shipping label to provide to USPS. When we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and a replacement product will be sent within 10 business days.
Refunds
All sales are final. Only damaged or defective products will be replaced free of charge.
Shipping Returns
Shipping postage will be provided to your email for returns of an approved exchange of damaged or defective products. Return the products to your nearest USPS store in the same packaging you received it in. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
